This Privacy Policy describes how AurixVault, owned and operated by Alpha Pack Foundation, collects, uses, and protects user data on https://app.aurixvault.com/ ("App"). The Foundation is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of user data in compliance with applicable laws.

2. Data Collection

  • Wallet Address: Collected to facilitate deposits, generate LP Tokens, calculate yield, and process withdrawals.
  • Transaction Data: Tracks deposit, withdrawal, and yield distribution transactions for transparency and record-keeping.
  • User Interaction Data: May be collected to improve the App's functionality and user experience.

3. Data Usage

  • Verifying deposits and issuing LP Tokens.
  • Calculating and distributing yield based on stake.
  • Managing withdrawal requests.
  • Allocating funds through the Privileged Borrower into whitelisted protocols.
  • Enforcing the 20% performance fee on yield as part of the Foundation's fees.

Non-Commercial Use: The Foundation does not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

4. Data Security

  • Encryption: Industry-standard encryption protocols are used to protect user data.
  • Access Control: Access is limited to authorized Foundation personnel based on role.
  • Smart Contract Security: Funds are secured through audited contracts, with oversight by the Risk Control Team.

5. Data Retention

User data is retained during user engagement with the App and for up to seven (7) years thereafter for legal, compliance, and audit purposes.

6. User Rights

  • Data Access: Users can view transaction history and yield performance through the App.
  • Data Deletion: Users may request deletion of data, except for data required for regulatory compliance.
  • Data Portability: Users may request an export of their transaction history in a machine-readable format.

7. Third-Party Protocols

The App deploys user funds into whitelisted third-party DeFi protocols. While due diligence is performed, the Foundation is not liable for breaches within those external protocols.

8. Amendments

This Privacy Policy may be amended periodically. Users will be notified of material changes via the App.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.
